1. React Native EU (hereinafter: “RNEU”) is the Only React Native Focused & Community-driven conference.
2. RNEU is organized by CALLSTACK.IO Sp. z o. o., a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Poland, with its registered office in Wroclaw, at ul. Prosta 36 (street), 53-508 (postal code) Wroclaw (city), registered by the Wrocław-Fabryczna District Court in Wroclaw (VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register/KRS) under KRS number: 606530, holder of tax ID number (NIP): 899-278-56-16, its share capital at PLN 8,000.00 (hereinafter: “Callstack” or “we/our/us” or “The Organizer”), e-mail address conference@callstack.com, phone number: +48601780330.
3. During the organization of the RNEU we may cooperate with third parties.
4. These General RNEU’s Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “GTC”) set out the terms and conditions between the Callstack during process of acquiring a RNEU ticket (hereinafter the “Ticket”) and/or participating in the RNEU and should be read alongside, and in addition to our Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct. You should read these documents carefully.
5. By acquisition the Ticket:
   a) you are warranting that you have read the GTC, Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct,
   b) you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the GTC, Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct as you are effectively entering into the contract with the Callstack.

1. (hereinafter: “Contract”). The Acquirer has the right to withdraw from the Contract  without informing about the reasons and at any time, not later than within 14 days from the date of concluding the Contract.
2. The right of withdrawal is exercised by a declaration made to the Callstack and sent within 14 days from the date of concluding the Contract. Abovementioned declaration may be submitted in a form whose template is attached as Appendix No. 1 hereto and sent to the address of the Callstack given in Section I.2. hereto or via e-mail to the following address: conference@callstack.com. As a result of proper withdrawal, the Acquirer will receive a full refund of the Ticket Fee.
3. The Ticket for the RNEU may be acquired by natural and/or legal persons/or any other entity (hereinafter the “Acquirer”) on the website https://ti.to/react-native-eu/2023. The Acquirer guarantees that all of the data supplied during acquiring the Ticket and/or participation in the RNEU is accurate.
4. The ticket management system is delivered by TEAM TITO LIMITED a limited liability company incorporated and operating under laws of Ireland having its registered office at Unit 2, 64 Dame Street, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter the “Tito”). The Tito’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy are available on its website https://ti.to/home.
5. In order to acquire the Ticket you need to provide us with your personal data (i.e. first and second name, name of a company, the Acquirer’s e-mail address and country). Afterwards you need to determine the amount of Tickets and give us a few necessary consents.  When the Acquirer is a legal entity, you need to provide us with personal data of the person, who will participate in RNEU on your behalf (hereinafter “the Attendee”) at any time before the Conference. 
6. The Acquirer will receive the order confirmation automatically following successful Ticket acquiring.
7. In order to access to the Conference, the Attendee need to  confirming the attendance and picking up the badge at the Conference venue. The badge pick-up locations and opening hours will be communicated on the Website and by email at least one (1) week prior to the Conference date. When picking up the badge, the Attendee  may be asked to show the email order confirmation and their ticket.
8. The Organizer may verify the Attendee’s identity with ID or other document with the photo when picking up the badge at the Conference venue.

2. The Fee shall  be paid right after submitting the order for Ticketvia system delivered by TEAM TITO LIMITED, as referred to in Section II 3 hereto. The payment shall be made online by one of the systems given below:
   a) PayPal
   b) Stripe.
3. The Organizer has the right to change the Fee or provide discounts for the future Acquirers. The Organizer may request the Attendee to present the discount qualification at badge pick-up to gain admission to the Conference venue. If no such verification is provided, the Ticket is invalid, and the person will not be granted access to the Conference.

1. Conference’s starting day means that the Acquirer who is a natural person or a sole-trader, expressly requests the performance of the Contract before the expiration of the deadline for withdrawal from the Contract referred to in Section II.1-2 hereto. In this case, the Acquirer will be required to made a declaration to Callstack:
   a)  with an explicit request for performance of the Contract before the expiration of the deadline for withdrawal from the Contract;
   b) that the Acquirer is aware that he/she/they has lost the right to withdraw from the Contract upon its full performance by the Callstack.
2. If the Acquirer, who is a natural person or a sole-trader exercises the right to withdraw from the Contract after making a request in accordance with Section IV.1. hereto, he/she/they shall pay for the services provided until the withdrawal from the Contract. The amount of payment shall be calculated in proportion to the scope of the services provided by Callstack, taking into account the Ticket Fee.
3. Given the nature of the Conference and advance preparations, refunds for the Tickets purchased by the Acquirers who are not natural persons or sole-traders, are not offered, unless the GTC stipulates otherwise.
4. Substitutions are allowed given that the Organizer is informed in sufficient advance, no later than 21 days before the Conference’s starting day. In case the Attendee is unable to attend, the Acquire have to inform the Organizer and provide personal information of the person who would claim their ticket as a substitute. It is not possible to change the person or organization liable for the payment.
5. In case the Acquirer who is not a natural person or a sole-trader is unable to attend the Conference for any reason and is not in a position to transfer their Ticket to another person, the Fee is not refundable.
6. Subject to Section IV.4-5. hereto, the Ticket may not be re-sold or transferred for commercial gain under any circumstances. In case such a situation takes place, the Organizer reserves the right to void the ticket in question bought by the Acquirer who is not a natural person or a sole-trader and prevent the ticket holder from attending the Conference.
7. Due to the change of the Conference’s date and/or change of the Conference’s location to a different city or country made less than 60 days before the prior Conference date, the Acquirers  are entitled to withdraw from the  Contract and to get a full refund of the Ticket Fee. Due to the change of the Conference’s date and/or change of the Conference’s location to a different city or country, the Acquirers who are natural persons or sole-traders are entitled to withdraw from the Contract  at any time and to get a full refund of the Ticket Fee. 
8. Due to the Conference’s cancellation, all Acquirers need to be informed immediately and are entitled to a full refund of the Ticket fee. 
9. Any Ticket refund requests under this GTC may be submitted to the Organizer only within 30 days of the Conference date and any delay in submitting the request will result in the loss of the right to a refund. Ticket refunds shall be made without undue delay together with correcting invoice using the Acquirer data provided during the purchase process. Abovementioned obligation imposed on the Acquirers is not applicable to the Acquirers who are natural persons or sole-traders. 

1. The organizer provides you with a service (hereinafter the “Services”) that allows you:
   a) to acquire the Ticket,
   b) to participate in the React Native EU onsite conference in Wrocław, Poland - September 7-9 2023 ( the Conference’s Agenda is available on this website: https://www.react-native.eu/).

1. All intellectual property rights to the materials distributed at the RNEU or in connection with the RNEU and the RNEU content belong to the Organizer and to the RNEU partners and speakers. Using and reproducing any copyrighted materials, trademarks or trade names appearing at the RNEU for any reason without the prior written permission of the Callstack is not allowed.
2. Acquirer promises and guarantees not to post falsehoods, racist, discriminatory, inflammatory or other harmful content on any Conference’s and/or Organizer’s framework. This section is further explained at https://www.react-native.eu/code-of-conduct.

1. The RNEU is provided on an “as-is” basis. The Callstack does not accept responsibility or liability for reliance by you or any person on any aspect of the RNEU or information provided at the RNEU to the extent permissible by an applicable legal framework. You agree not to hold us liable for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any contracts, communications or other dealings or the presence of any third parties at the RNEU venue. Abovementioned is not applicable to damage caused intentionally.
2. The Organizer shall not be liable, to the maximum extent available under the applicable legal framework, i.e. it is not liable for any damage caused intentionally, as the following:
   a) for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, costs, or damages to any person or property howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly from the RNEU or other aspect related thereto or in connection with the GTC; 
   b) for any delays, interruptions or errors in the transmission or delivery of any Services, unless it is stipulated otherwise in the GTC;
   c) for any other costs incurred to the Acquirer in relation to the RNEU.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to the RNEU for behavior, which the Callstack deems socially unacceptable, for a serious breach of the Code of Conduct and/or for a serious breach of the GTC.
4. All Acquirers, i.e. also the Acquirers who are natural persons or sole-traders,  shall not access, store, distribute or transmit any viruses, any content or any material during the course of your usage of the Services that:
   a) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive;
   b) facilitates illegal activity;
   c) depicts sexually explicit images;
   d) promotes unlawful violence;
   e) is discriminatory based on race, gender, colour, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability; or
   f) in a manner that is otherwise illegal or causes damage or injury to any person or property, and we reserve the right, without liability or prejudice to our other rights to you, to disable your access to any material that breaches the provisions of this section.

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our representatives, licensors, partners, and sub-contractors harmless against all costs, claims, damages, liability, and expenses (including any professional fees) which we might incur by reason of your breach of the GTC, to the maximum extent available under the applicable legal framework. For the avoidance of any doubt, this indemnity shall extend (without limitation) to any losses which we may suffer as a result of the use by third parties of your Ticket. Abovementioned indemnification clause is not applicable to the Acquirers who are natural persons or sole-traders.

1. Any notice which is required to be given pursuant to the GTC shall be made by email, in the case of you, to the address provided on your registration form and, in the case of us, to the address stated herein and following email: conference@callstack.com. You can also send a notice to the address of Callstack’s registered office, which is given in Section I.2. hereto.
2. The Acquirer is entitled to file complaints, in a manner specified in the Section IX.1. hereto.
3. A complaint should include a description of the grounds for complaint as well as detailed data of the Acquirer filing the complaint. Complaints will be considered by the Callstack within 14 days of receipt. Notification considering resolution of the complaint will be delivered via mail or e-mail, on the address provided by the Acquirer. 

1. The GTC shall be effective from January 1, 2023.
2. Notwithstanding the application of the overriding mandatory provisions of the applicable law, GTC shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. In matters not covered herein, the applicable provisions of the Polish Civil Code and other provisions of the Polish law shall apply.
3. Notwithstanding the application of the overriding mandatory provisions of the applicable law, any disputes arising from the acquiring the Ticket and/or participating in the RNEU are subjected to the sole jurisdiction of the competent Polish court. All disputes arising between Callstack and the Acquirer who is not a natural person or a sole-trade shall be submitted to the Polish court determined pursuant to Callstack’s registered office.
4. If at any time any provision of the GTC is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction that shall not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of the GTC. If any invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision would be valid, enforceable or legal if some part of it were deleted, the provision shall apply with the minimum modification necessary to make it legal, valid and enforceable.
5. Headings in the GTC are for convenience only and will have no legal meaning or effect.
